SIG: Finance
Due to concerns and challenges caused by the Coronavirus situation, we plan to turn this meeting into a webinar if there is clear interest from members. We will seek input from the group closer to the date and circulate further details as required.
The morning part of this meeting will focus on energy and energy procurement, where we will launch a new, succinct resource for trusts on how to procure energy, what to consider, what to ask, what commission really means, contractual aspects to watch for etc.
The afternoon will then focus on member-led matters on pertinent issues e.g. business rates, changes from the March Chancellor’s Budget, VAT, and updates from Charity Finance Group and Charity Tax Group.
