LeisureWise, from LeisureLabs, is an AI platform that helps trusts recommend the right activities, classes and offers to each customer. It connects to your existing booking system, CRM and app, so there’s nothing to replace, and it can be live within weeks. Customers answer seven quick questions, get personal recommendations and can book with one click. You can see which recommendations lead to bookings and refine them over time. LeisureWise was developed with South Downs Leisure and Abbeycroft Leisure and is live with both. In the pilot, 43% of users discovered services they hadn’t used before.
